Step 1. Discovery Call to Prepare Strategy: Schedule an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs and preferences.

Step 2. Understand Requirements and Fill Form: Clients fill out a detailed form, sign the contract, and make a retainer payment.

Search Property

Embark on a tailored property search journey. Leverage our market insights and expertise as we identify properties aligning with your criteria, ensuring a seamless and informed exploration.

Step 3. Property Search: Conduct a comprehensive property search based on the client’s criteria and the information provided in the form.

Step 4. Shortlist Properties: Present a shortlist of suitable properties to the client for review and agreement to proceed.

Step 5. Offer Placement and Contract Signing: Submit offers on selected properties. Once accepted, guide the client to proceed with the contract signing.

Step 6. Necessary  Inspection: Arrange Building, Pest or any other necessary inspections if required and review the report. Negotiating the terms based on the report if necessary.

Step 7. Buyer Finance Approval: Assist the buyer to work with broker/bank in securing finance approval for the chosen property.
